Program Officer – Agribusiness Development

Overview:
The Sierra Leone Chamber for Agribusiness Development (SLeCAD) is seeking a proactive Program Officer to support agribusiness initiatives, member services, and private-sector engagement activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate projects, assist with stakeholder partnerships, and contribute to strengthening national value chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of agribusiness programs and advocacy initiatives
• Conduct field visits, collect data, and prepare reports
• Coordinate events, workshops, and member engagements
• Liaise with the government, the private sector, and development partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Development Studies, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in project or program management
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
